Group bookings / Garden tours / Clematis tours
Guided Tours are available, by prior booking, for groups who wish to visit the garden. Clematis tours of the garden's collection are given by our resident clematis experts. These will be of a practical nature with a discussion walk around the garden. The garden tours begin with an introductory talk. Light refreshments, if requested, are available, or alternatively visitors are welcome to bring a picnic. Tours take approximately 1 1/2 hours (2hrs with refreshments), however, it is strongly recommended that you allow longer than this for your visit. After the tour visitors are then free to spend further time in the garden if they wish.

Special interest groups, for example art groups, are welcome, as are evening visits. Evening visitors have the advantage of having the garden to themselves and can usually park at the garden door (follow the disabled parking signs from the Cleveland Way). June, July and August are the best months for evening visits.

Disabled Facilities
Full wheelchair access throughout the garden, mainly along Bredon gravel paths. Assistance is often available for visitors in wheelchairs but must be arranged in advance. Disabled parking is available outside the garden entrance, follow the signs from the Cleveland Way. Disabled toilet facilities are located in the Vinery.
