Hire Charges for Venue 2009

For Private Parties and Functions

After 5.30pm the Vine House Café, Orchid House, small marquee and Community Room are all individually available, with facilities, for private functions such as birthdays, anniversaries (or any other reason you can think of for a party)

Enjoy your party in the gorgeous setting of Helmsley Walled Garden for the following rates:

• 5.30pm to 10pm @ £100.00
• 5.30pm until late @ £150.00

The Community Room has recently been transformed and is newly fitted with a new cookery demonstration/island unit area which will include ovens, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, additional worktops and storage space to assist anyone with their party catering or buffet presentation.

Weddings

For weddings and larger, more elaborate occasions the whole Walled Garden and all of the Restored Victorian Buildings can be hired as an exclusive and private venue, to include all 5 acres of the beautiful gardens and all of the function rooms mentioned above at :

• Special price of £995 for 5pm until late (we can accomodate you before 5pm but you will need to share the garden with the paying visitors until 5pm)

If a large marquee is required we have a large area of lawn which is perfectly suited; framed by Helmsley Castle to one side and Duncombe Park the other.
