The Vinehouse Vegetarian Café is committed to using seasonal produce, grown locally wherever possible. Our salad leaves and herbs are grown in the Vinehouse, and we use fruit and vegetables from the Walled Garden.
We serve a scrumptious selection of home-made cakes, scones and cookies (including gluten free). Enjoy a cup of Fairtrade tea or coffee under the vines or out on the terrace with beautiful views of the garden. Try our famous salad plate, home-made soup or a hot special of the day, our menu is constantly changing.
We re-cycle, and compost all vegetable waste in the garden, we are reducing our carbon footprint by only serving water from the tap (but have a selection of organic fruit juices too)! We were runners up in the ethical section of the Observer Food Awards 2009.
Dogs are welcome on the terrace and in the first bay of the Vinehouse (on leads).
